Am I supposed to receive a K-1 if I got out of in 2021 from an LLC partnership treated as a C corp and received my initial capital contribution?

if it was always taxed as a C-corp you never receive a k-1. nor is there any reporting form that the corp is required to submit to you. however, you are supposed to report the sale on form 8949 as type F - long-term holding where neither sales price nor basis was reported to the IRS even if there is no gain or loss.
Yes, if your LLC partnership converted to an S Corp, you should receive a final Schedule K-1 showing the partnership information.
It did not. The LLC stayed as single member treated as a C corp. Do I still received some sort of a form because I got out of the company and received my initial capital back?
