Hello,
In January 2023, an LLC was formed with a corresponding EIN. In October 2023, a new entity was created with its own EIN. The entity is the carry over of the entity created in January 2023 - the assets are the same, business and processes are the same, name is the same. The only difference is the EIN. Do taxes need to be filed under both EINs? Or can they be lumped into the new EIN? Both entity structures are single-member LLCs.
Thanks!

Both EIN’s are associated with your social security number so it won’t matter.
Thanks for your response, @Bsch4477.
One follow up - What if it went from multi-member LLC to another multi-member LLC? Or multi-member LLC to a single-member LLC?
