Hello,
I represent a company from Poland. We produce and sell women's clothes and lingerie.
We formed an LLC in Delaware and we want to star selling our products on Amazon using FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon). How can Turbotax help us with taxes in the US? What should we do to use your services when we want to operate as an LLC in the US?

TurboTax is a DIY program and not a tax pro that gives filing advice ...I highly recommend you seek professional assistance in Delaware to get the information you seek.  Consultations need not be in person so google search for someone versed in business and foreign tax laws.

Bottom line is, you flat out can't use Turbotax to report business income/expenses for your foreign based company - doesn't matter where it's registered in the U.S. You will need to seek professional help from a qualified professional that is well versed in international tax law. It can *and will* get complicated, as many states impose a sales tax on goods sold in their state.

Thank you for replying. Are there any organizations in Delaware or in other states that provide consultations etc.?
