Lived & worked in Saipan (US territory) I have a W-2CM. But i'm unable to complete Box15 online. Am I able to file my taxes online from a US territory? if not what to do?

Try leaving all boxes 15-17 blank.

The IRS has a copy of your W-2CM so they will have the information.
