Line 6 of Form 8606 (Include Spouse IRA)?

When completing Form 8606, each spouse completes the form.  For line 6, it asks the value of all traditional, SEP and SIMPLE IRAs.   (1) Does this total value include each spouse or a total for both spouses? (2) Does this exclude ROTH IRAs?

The value of IRAs from Form 8606 is separate for each spouse, and does not include Roth IRAs.
