Limit on efiling 5 returns with irs

I have e filed 5 returns.  I need to efile an amendment but the software won’t let me  because the 5 return max rule.  How do you get around that limit to allow efiling of amendments to returns already filed.  I do not want to mail the amendment.

The IRS sets the rules for e-filing federal tax returns using personal tax preparation software.  There is no way to increase the number of e-files once the 5 e-files have been used.  All other tax returns and amended tax returns will have to be printed and mailed.
