I bought Turbo Tax Premier at Costco and when I tried to download to my MacBook Air, I got an error message that my computer did not meet the criteria needed to operate the software. I then went to Intuit.com and began my return. I was told there would be a place to enter my Licensing code. I cannot find the section to do that. Please help me do this. I refuse to pay twice for the product.
Thanks,

Please make sure your platform meets the minimum system requirements for your TurboTax Desktop software.
Once you confirm the system requirement have been met, you can refer to the instructions in how do I get started with TurboTax Desktop for guidance on using your license code.
Sorry you can't apply the License Code to the Online version. You need to get a refund for the Desktop program. Where/how were you told you could enter the License Code into Online?
