I downloaded desktop version in January but recently changed out my laptop, which deactivated the software. Do not have my license code from January to reactivate. How can I get a duplicate receipt with my license code?

How do I find my license code for TurboTax Desktop?

On the IRS website viewing my transcripts it states at the bottom code 570 additional information pending. Does anyone know what this means?
