I bought a copy of TurboTax couldn't use the cd, no player. Followed your instructions on doing it on line until I got to the download part, Your web site said I had no download available. So either rewrite your instructions to match your website, rewrite your website to match your instructions, or make it more NONGEEK friendly.

All I want to do is download my purchased tax prep
