I recently purchased a Turbotax license code from Costco. I opened the code for the first time, downloaded the Desktop version as instructed, logged in, and entered the license code. I get a message saying "This license code is already linked to another account." I have never used it on any other computer ... I literally tore open the seal two minutes before trying to enter it.
I tried calling Intuit but I can't get to a real person. Any idea of what I can do?

Just want to follow up in case anyone else is ever in the same boat ...
I returned the license to Costco and they gave me a new one. The new one worked perfectly. So it does seem like there was some issue with the first license key.
