license code from Costco; didnt let me type the whole number

While I was downloading the 2024 software, I was entering the license code and it cut me off half way through. So it doesn't have the correct code. Now when I try to load the file, it won't load. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it will not go to the license code again. It just tries to load for about a minute or two and stops. My requirements are fine and I am on windows. I need a reset or something. Help!
