Licensc code and dexktop use

Have used turbotax for years. Loaded 2023 from a CD. Went to intuit and entered license code. Want to start turbotax from my windows desktop icon. In many logins to intuit may have started free turbotax. HELP

Thanks for your reply. I tried it again and was able to get my license code established and Premiere TurboTax downloaded (that I had already purchased retail). Why does the retail CD still have the setup.exe if you HAVE to download rather than load from the CD? In any case, I am now working on my taxes on my laptop, so I am ok and we can close this message string. Richard Helm
