I got a 5071c letter, I've already took care of that. Just have a question- On that letter that was not my SSN on it. So i don't really know if I got my Identity right or not,.. also do you know why someone else's number was on it.

It is possible the letter was "mis-sent." However, you do need to contact the IRS to clear the matter especially if you are waiting for a past return to be processed or you did not file a return for the tax year on the letter.
