Let's get your forms

You can ask Vanguard (Brokerage) if you'll get tax forms this year, and return to import when they're available. If you already have the info, you can enter it by hand. (902)

I type in my document ID and account number. it shows me this screen. in my browser. I click "ok". nothing happens.

In the web console the errors I see include:

Error: No Segment Analytics configs specified. Please add Segment Analytics configs in your
app experience (https://devportal.intuit.com/app/dp/capability/2611/capabilityDocs/main/docs/web-applications/reference/web-app-configuration-v2.md#analytics).

Any ideas?

I've tried:

No extensions Chrome and Safari

While many tax documents arrive by January 31, some brokerages delay consolidated 1099 statements (like 1099-B) until mid-February due to account complexity. If your data isn't ready to import yet, check back in a week or two.

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser. Make sure any VPN or Anvi-Virus is turned off.

Vanguard already shared the pdf version with me when I requested the sync. This is how I knew the document number to use. Turbotax emailed me last night saying a new vanguard file was sync'd
