Need to voice my feelings about charges and lack of info for seniors using this service after many years and filing for first time using SSI as only income

If Social Security was your ONLY income you are not required to file a tax return unless you have a 1095A for marketplace health insurance, or if you had tax withheld from your SS and need a refund.
