Kept getting a 504 cannot connect error message so tried three times now shows e-file in process under status shows 3 times. what do I do?

e file issue. It looked like it was not connecting and then it timed out and gave the error message. Now under status it shows e-file in process 3 times.  Will it process correctly just once or not at all? What should I do?

If you did accidentally efile 3 times then the first one will be accepted and the duplicates will be rejected ... expect that to happen.
