Keep getting duplicate W2s error

Im in California and i only have 1 w2 listed Yet it won't let me file and keeps giving me an error of having duplicate W2s ? Please advise.

Follow the steps to delete a form and see if there are duplicate W2s on the list.  

1. From the left rail menu in TurboTax Online, select Tax Tools (You may have to scroll down on the left rail menu.)
2. On the drop-down select Tools
3. On the Pop-Up menu titled “Tools Center,” select Delete a Form 
4. This will show all of the forms in your return 
5. Scroll down to the form you want to delete 
6. Select the Form 
7. Click on Delete.

Thank you for responding.  However thats just the issue, there are no duplicates listed. It's an error in TT, and they haven't addressed it yet. I was reading the other people's comments who are having the sane issue and there isn't seem to be a set resolution to this. ??? Anybody that has multiple w2s issued from a single employer i.e IHSS or government issued w2s, are being mistaken for duplicates in TT. 

Really disappointed in TT this year. Too many bugs and not enough support.  Really considering switching out of using TT going forward.
