K1 form 1065 not showing up in state where earned but showing up in resident state

Hi, I am a resident of California and went through and entered my federal info first, including a K-1 from the state of Nebraska. When I try to file a non-resident Nebraska return the K-1 info does not show up and I can't see where I'd put it in. Instead it shows up in California as a California K-1. How should I handle this? I'm worried about not paying any tax in Nebraska or being double-taxed on the K-1.
