Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax. You can also try a different browser.
Also, make sure you have ran all updates.

I was using the App. I had to uninstall it and reinstall it the App and then it worked. I had already downloaded manually the update since it was not letting me do it. My guess is it kept the update and worked. What a pain!?! That was terrible.
Made me wonder if it was because I bought it from Amazon digital code?
