I need to make last estimate tax payment. How do I do that without first understanding current estimated tax liability?

If you have one of the 2023 TurboTax desktop editions installed then you can use the What-If worksheet in Forms mode to estimate your taxes using the 2024 tax brackets.

Otherwise you can use the TurboTax calculator, TaxCaster, to get an estimate of the taxes owed or a tax refund.  The calculator is for tax year 2023 but will still give a close estimate for 2024 - https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/calculators/taxcaster/
