Just bought 2016 premium turbo tax from costco. I need to do my 2016 taxes on my new iPad pro. How can I do this?

You can't install turbotax as a stand alone application on an iPad.  Only a Mac or PC.  There is an iPad app in the iOS app store, but it acts as a portal to the web version.  You can use turbotax online on a web browser or the iPad app and switch back and forth, but that's a different program than the version installed on your personal computer.
