ITIN application - filing return with payment?

Hi - I would like to know can I include tax return payment when sending in the W7 forms for ITIN numbers to the Austin Address?

If you are applying for your ITIN with your tax return, please include your payment as well so it gets processed with your tax return.

The ITIN will be processed and issued, and then used to process your tax return using the newly provided ITIN.
