Itemizing taxes and donations to a 501c4

I will be itemizing my taxes this year and need to know if I can deduct donations, dues, mileage and other expenses to my 501c4 Lions club? Do I need receipts?

Unfortunately, donations to 501(c)(4) organizations are not deductible as charitable contributions.

Noncash donations (i.e. items given to Goodwill) should be Schedule A line 12, but Turbotax put them on line 11. How to get this fixed?
