It wont let me start my online taxes its like its stuck in a automatic loop. i answer all of the ? and then it starts all over again?

1. I start at login and answer all of the questions they have to choose what program  you want.
2. It directs me to do my own taxes . I click on no help  i will do it myself .
3. then it loops me back to the start again and tlhas happened over a 2hour period.

You are too late to start an online tax return.   The filing deadline was yesterday on October 15.   Now you will need to use the CD/download on a full PC or Mac, and your return will have to be filed by mail.   It cannot be e-filed.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.

Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses.  Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
