How long does it take the irs 2 process form 14039 if sent in by mail?

i sent in my form 14039 yesterday because TT prompted me to sign it and i didnt need it. It said theyll recieve it tomorow , i was wondering how long will it take the irs to process it an send my refund direct deposit? my 21 days will be up next thurs
