It sounds like you may have gone back into the program, after paying, to potentially re-efile your return? I say it like that because that is usually when I encounter this question. It's usually after customers get an efile rejected, they fix something then they go back to re-efile their return. Either way, the good thing is if you did already pay, you will not be charged again. We will validate the payment against the SSN in the return and not charge you again.
