go to irs website - register 

What You Need
your SSN, date of birth, filing status and mailing address from latest tax return,
access to your email account,
your personal account number from a credit card, mortgage, home equity loan, home equity line of credit or car loan, and
a mobile phone with your name on the account.

afetr registering you can look at your 2019 transcript to see if it is your return

if you can't register, you are going to have to wait until the IRS reopens it phone lines

one other thing you can possibly check - see if you got an acceptance email which means yu did file. 

one last thing which the iRS advises against in case you already filed is to mail in your return.
