It keeps telling me I have 21 errors but nothing is wrong

Without seeing your tax return, I won't be able to help you, unfortunately.  I would suggest you consider our new product / features TurboTaxLive to file your 2019 taxes to have one of our tax professionals to take a look.  In the TurboTax program, once you complete your taxes, before you file, you’ll be given the option for a final review of your return by one of our tax professionals.  After they completed reviewing your return, they’ll inform you of any proposed changes.

I'm trying to file my state but it keeps saying everything on the Michigan form is wrong. I have no clue why its saying that. I have reentered it about 30 time and every time it keeps coming back as its wrong.

Since you keep receiving the same error message every time you re-enter your information on to your state form, I would suggest that you delete the form and start over. 

Here is the general procedure for viewing the forms list and deleting unwanted forms, schedules, and worksheets in TurboTax Online:

• Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
• In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools.
• In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose to Delete a form.

Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet in the list and follow the instructions.
