It keeps asking for 1099-R to be filled out. I don’t have one and it won’t let me file without it. Already paid and now I’m stuck. Very frustrating.

Type '1099r' in the Search area, then click on 'Jump to 1099r'.

At the Summary page, Delete the 1099-R entry (trash can).

Or, click the link for instructions on Delete a Form in TurboTax Online.

Of course, since we can't see your return, I am only guessing, but I would encourage you to do this:

Do a Search (upper right) for 1099-r and click on the jump-to result. On a Mac, look for 1099-r in the Topic List.

This should take you to a table of all your 1099-Rs.

It is easy to accidentally create a 1099-R even if you didn't enter any of its fields. If you did, there will be one 1099-R in the table with not title (or maybe "Untitled").

Just click on the Delete button or the trash can icon (whichever is there) to delete the bad entry and continue with your return.
