Box 3 other income 1099

i am LuLaRoe Consultant, I have received Misc income 1099 and it is all blanks. but i have numbers I have sold and all tax. I added it all

It is always advisable to contact the Payer and ask for a corrected 1099-MISC form, but if that is not an option...then you can use your records as an acceptable alternative, provided that you have the exact numbers. The Form 1099-MISC is not filed with Form 1040 anyways.
