Why is no one from Turbo Tax answering this question?

It appears that TT's servers are overwhelmed. I kept hitting retry and eventually got through, but it took 1 1/2 houes because the same 'snag' continually popped up at each step of the process.

I paid the fees completely, tried updating the browser, re-review several times, following the steps carefully, and the same message still appears to me since yesterday.
