New York State Form IT-204-LL shows as available in these tables; however, in Turbotax Business, I get the following:
It looks like this filing is not available.
We are currently not accepting filings of this type.
Has anyone been able to get this form e-filed?

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax. You can also try a different browser.
Also, make sure you have ran all updates.
If using TurboTax Online: Clear your cache and cookies. See this FAQ, for your particular browser.
If using TurboTax Desktop: Please see this FAQ.
Thank you for your reply. I am using TurboTax Business Desktop. Updates are applied automatically when I open the app, so I'm up-to-date. Any other suggestions?
I am having the same issue. I am using Turbo Tax for business with all the updates and when I click on "File the fee payment for the State of NY", it opens the website, make me log in and gives me the message "We are currently not accepting filings of this type". I tried with multiple browsers, I cleared the cache etc... I always get the same message. The state is saying that I need to file it online and before 3/15 not to get penalties!
We would like to take a deeper dive into this message to assist you. In order to do this, it would be helpful to have a TurboTax ".tax2023" file that is experiencing this issue. You can send us a “diagnostic” file that has your “numbers” but not your personal information. If you would like to do this, here are the instructions: Go to the black panel on the left side of your program and select Tax Tools.
Here are the instructions if you are using TurboTax CD/Download:
We will then be able to see exactly what you are seeing and we can determine what exactly is going on in your return and provide you with a resolution.
If I go directly to the website (not via TurboTax Business):
I get the same message so I don't think the "numbers" are an issue here. Can you check the website links? Just my 2 cents.
I do see the agent above requested a diagnostic copy. I did click on the link and am able to see the error message you are getting, however, in order for us to send it up the ladder to be looked at, we must include a diagnostic copy from a customer experiencing the issue. So if you would be able to send us the token number we can send the issue to be looked at.
You can do this by taking the following steps:
TurboTax Desktop
I agree, the application sends me to this page:
No matter what computer/browser I use, I get the following message: "It looks this filing is not available"
In previous years, I got a form where I had to enter all the company information and payment info. It does not look like it is connected in anyway to my company info in Turbo Tax.
So I don't think it has anything to do with my turbo tax files. But I'll be happy to send the information anyway.
I created a diagnostic file. The token is: 1198075
When I go on the screen to file my NY State filing fee, it opens up my web browser to this page:
https://tax-payment.turbotax.intuit.com/app/extra-filing-app-plugin/topic-experience?filing=payment&...
Once I log in, it gives me the message:
Thank you, llegry for volunteering. Let's hope this gets fixed quickly!
Same issue..
Still, not available......
I'm having the same problem as the others inquiring here.
The problem is not with any individual tax file or browser cache. It appears that either the TurboTax web interface for paying the NYS filing fee is broken, or the link in the windows software is sending us to a non-functional page.
Please, we need this fixed ASAP.
I'm experiencing the same problem and I also created a diagnostic file. The token is: 1202812

I am also getting the same error as the others.
