Issue With Foreign Source Qualified Dividends Page

With respect to my foreign source dividends I received in the amount X from Canada, 100% are qualified dividends. In response to the question "Any foreign source qualified dividends or capital gains?" I have inserted X for the amount of foreign sourced qualified dividends.  The software will not let me continue.  Instead, I get an error message in red that says "This field should be at least X." But X is exactly what I entered.  Any suggestions for how to get past this page in TurboTax Premier?

Thanks

The foreign sourced dividends should be entered initially on a Form 1099-DIV entry. Then, you go to the Foreign Taxes section under Deductions and Credits in TurboTax to see if you can get a credit for the foreign taxes. I am thinking you may be trying to enter the foreign dividends in the foreign taxes section but skipping the Form 1099-DIV entry. Here is how you make the Form 1099-DIV entry:

    1. Choose the Federal option on your left menu bar
    2. Choose Wages & Income
    3. Look for Interest and Dividends
    4. Choose Dividends on Form 1099-DIV
