When I go to checkout, the address for the refund is our old US address. When I click on "I want to use a different address" it tells me to change the address in my Intuit account. The address in here is already the UK one.
My advisor has tried to add my UK address into the return as a Foreign Address, but clicking through these ends up with an "Ooops we seem to be missing some data - State & Zip "
So the Turbo Tax software doesn't seem to be able to cope with this situation.
I can't talk to Customer services as the bot seemed to want a US phone number and didn't seem to understand my question. Overall not a great experience this year. It worked perfectly when we were in the US.
We are using the Full Service - this isnt a drop down on the edition
