you don't net it or the payer's TIN/EIN/FEIN. just leave that info blank. The only items reported to the IRS are the payer's name and amounts.
Since when ? understand that IRS knows payee due to payers TIN, but why I cannot add the payers address this year The address is no issue for 1099 MISC easily added. Doesn't it seem confusing for other's TT users that the additional information isn't needed.
If that is the case the Intuit should have removed it. Right now it is a "broken" field" on the 1099 forms.
