No, if you downloaded it directly from turbotax or from a reputable vendor like Amazon or Staples, and you know you were on the legitimate site because you have a padlock icon in your web browser or other indicator that you are on a valid secure web site. Due to the way in which some antivirus programs operate, new legitimate programs can generate false hits until the antivirus program is updated.

However, if you download turbotax from an unapproved vendor (every year a few "cheap" places pop up) then you could be getting stolen or altered software and turbotax makes no guarantees for software downloaded from unapproved sites.
