Is this a glitch in my tax? Deduction statement says, "Educator Smart Wks Ln B-SP should not have a value based on your filing status" But I am not an eligible educator?

Have you tried switching to 'forms' mode (upper right hand corner) and finding the form in the list and then scroll down and delete the form.....

 Yes, you can resolve that error, by deleting the Educator Expenses Worksheet. This is probably a form that carried forward from a prior year.
 
If you are using TurboTax Online:

1. log into your return, scroll down to Tax Tools on the bottom of the left side menu.
2. Select Tools. 
3. Click on Delete a form (third on the list at the bottom of the screen).
4. Find Educator Expenses Worksheet on the list of forms.
5. Click Delete to the right.
6. Confirm your Delete.
7. Click Federal Review to confirm that this solved the problem. 

If you are using the Desktop version (disc or download):
 

1. Click Forms toward the upper right corner. 
2. Find Educator Expenses Worksheet on the list on the left.
3. Highlight it, then click Delete in the lower left corner of the reading pane.
4. Click on Step by Step in the upper right corner to return to the interview.
