I am using Desktop version and still have the same issue.
I just tried this and it worked. Thank you so much! I am super annoyed that I had to go through all of these extra steps in order to make it work. But downloading the desktop version did allow the page to load so I could make changes to my 1099-B info (which was just entering zeros). If I didn't have years of data already in TurboTax I probably would no longer use it as I have glitches like this every year! I do like the desktop version better, so I guess that's my plan if I go with TurboTax in the future.

Glad it worked for you! Customer Service told me to buy the desktop version and request a refund for the premier online version. Then they DENIED my refund request because the online version has no guarantee. I'm DONE with Turbotax!
