Is there anything left incomplete for my PA state e-file? it shows as "Accepted" on my turbo tax, but I want to be sure they're not waiting on any signatures from us.

Accepted means they have it and are working on it. If PA needs anything else, they will let you know. And, per the state,

Please allow 8-10 weeks for processing.
