First of all, I'll assume that you have not yet actually efiled the return, and that your return is still in preparation. If you already actually efiled (transmitted), you cannot make any changes unless the efiled return is rejected. So the rest of this comment assumes you haven't filed.
You appear to be using Online Self-Employed Edition. There is not an "undo" option or a "revert to previous saved instance" option. You have to go back to the return interview to the specific topic and make any changes manually.
Or are you unable to open the interview to go back and make the change? Does TurboTax think you were finished, so your return interview is closed, and you don't know how to open the interview back up? If that's the case, then at the Tax Home page click on the link "Add a State." That doesn't add one, but opens the interview back up so you can make any changes prior to filing.

Thank you mesquitebean, very helpful!
Correct, I have not filed yet. I'm still editing in the Interview section. I deleted something that I wanted to undo, but it sounds like that's not an option. I can redo it, just didn't want to overlook an easy/undo button.
Thanks again for your quick response!
You're welcome. Good luck.
