Is there a work around to use my 5 e-files on separate accounts?

Turbo Tax is not allowing me to use multiple accounts, "I purchased Turbo tax with 5 e-files and I'd like to use different accounts for the e-filing but Turbo Tax says: "This license code is already linked to another account."  Is there a work around?

No.   TurboTax became stricter about the way you can use the CD/download -- you can use it on multiple computers that YOU own, but you cannot just give the key to others to use under their own accounts.   It will always be linked to YOUR account.  That does not mean that others can see your tax return--they cannot.
