Is there a way to override information imported from a financial institution?

Info from institution reflected cost basis equal to sales proceeds when cost basis wasn't known by them.

If it is not correct, then delete it and type it in manually.

You should able to click EDIT/UPDATE on the 1099-B list that you imported and make any needed changes.
