Try these options to fix the issue you are having

- Check on your internet connection
- Try using a different web browser (this might be your best option)
If you are using TurboTax Desktop
- Make sure the software is updated.
- If you haven't rebooted your computer, please do
- Check your firewall and antivirus settings. Make sure they aren't blocking any feature of the software.
** If you are using the phone/tablet app and are having issues with this step, try switching to a computer/laptop. If unable to use a computer, your second-best option will be to switch to a web browser within your phone, and log-in from there instead of the app.
