Contact Kucoin and ask what software will work to import to TurboTax. You might have to buy a separate product to do that.
If you're asking if you can import Kucoin transactions into TurboTax, no, TurboTax does not support Kucoin for imports. However, we’re working to support more exchanges in the future.
If you're asking if TurboTax supports CSV file uploads from Kucoin, no, we do not.

I ended up googling it and looking it up myself since currently a lot of exchanges have very poor customer support. I found Koinly and Cryptotrader.tax which connects to multiple wallets/exchanges and utilize an API which does it automatically or you can upload the CSV file from those exchanges that way to those separate programs. Hopefully you can provide that as an answer to the next individual who asks and hopefully Turbo Tax learns more about the crypto world so they can give better suited answers to those hard questions. Using Turbo Tax should be an easy streamed process without the individual having to send anything to the IRS since the service (Turbo Tax) is already being paid to do everything for you.
I am currently linking my Kucoin account activity to Turbotax at this very moment...
How did it go? I am trying to figure it our right now.
Went well. I could connect KuCoin to Turbotax but had to pay for Koinly for KuCoin Futures.
How did you get your futures trades in turbotax? I used a third party tool to generate a form 8949 and a form 1040 but I don't know what to do with them. All Turbotax seems to accept is a csv and a 1099-b which I don't have. I also have 700+ trades on futures so I can't do them manually.
The best action would be to use the summarized method. With this method you can enter your one total for long term and one total for short term transactions. The steps to enter a summary of your sales transactions is provided below and TurboTax will handle your transactions. You can still e-file.
If you are e-filing your tax return, then mail your Form 8949 along with Form 8453 to:
Internal Revenue Service
Attn: Shipping and Receiving, 0254
Receipt and Control Branch
Austin, TX 73344-0254
If you need a blank Form 8453, you can download this pdf, enter your address information and check the box for Form 8949 (this form is really just a cover sheet).
