Is there a problem if I get the error message "Tax Year 2021 transmissions are not available"?

I am having the same issue. I tried to file last weekend but I had to wait for the D-400 Form to be available. I received notification that it was ready this morning so I went in to e-file. I paid to file and then submitted my returns. I got a message that says "Your transmission didn't go through

We could not e-file your return for the following reason:

Tax Year 2021 transmissions are not available."

I am using Turbo Tax Online and live in NC.
