Is there a meter or tool that shows the risk for audit as TurboTax has had in the past?

The Audit Risk Meter is no longer included in the online platform (web-based) for TurboTax. It is, however, included in the desktop (CD/download) platform.

Most returns selected by IRS for correspondence are through matching programs. So make sure all W-2's and 1099's are reflected on your return. Doing this alone is greatly reduce your chance of getting a letter from IRS.
