No. Efiling is free and included. In the Online versions the fee is to prepare your return whether you efile or print and mail.

How to find your fees…

Log in to your return

Click on My Account at the top, then on Tools

Click on My Fees

A window will pop up that shows the fees

And to have the fees deducted from your federal refund is an EXTRA 34.99 Refund Processing Fee (39.99 in California). Or you can pay with a credit card and avoid the extra charge.
