Is there a fee for each and every form attached to my basic form?

The fee is not per form. But the type of income and type of 1099 form can dictate what product edition is needed. What kind of 1099 is it?

What edition are you now in---Deluxe or Premium? What edition were you previously in before the 1099--Deluxe or Free Edition?
