Is the New York tax return software for 2017 available for download yet?

Usually at least a preliminary version of the forms for California are available by now...
I saw at least one chart that said that they would be available early in November, and then another one that said 11/21/2017.  Now all of the charts seem to have been taken down...  This is not instilling confidence.  It would be nice to be able to see an updated table or some reason why it might be taking longer than expected.

The release dates are not set in stone even when they do show on the charts they are subject to change.  The chart you probably say was for the 2016 program and now the 2017 is under construction.  Sorry that it is not available now but those are the breaks so keep checking every couple of days.
