Is the MO form 5695 available?

I cannot file my MO taxes because the Turbo Tax program says the year 2021 MO tax form 5695 will be available shortly.  The form is out and has  a rev. date of 12/2021.  Is there a glitch with this program?

Just because the state has a paper copy you can print doesn't mean it has been integrated into the program, tested and state approved for efiling yet ... that is why there is a delay.

When will this form be ready for e-file? I have usually filed my returns by now.
